Fees paid to DC EDUTRAVEL are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement

All third-party costs, including but not limited to university application fees, English tests, visa fees, health insurance, and travel costs, are the sole responsibility of the student

Visa fees paid to immigration authorities are strictly non-refundable and governed by official immigration policies.

5. No Guarantee & Disclaimer of Liability

While DC EDUTRAVEL provides professional guidance and support, we do not guarantee:

Admission into any institution or programme

Visa approval or processing timelines

Scholarships, fee discounts, or post-study opportunities

We shall not be liable for decisions, delays, refusals, or policy changes made by:

Universities or colleges

Immigration departments

Embassies, consulates, or government authorities

Third-party service providers

6. Intellectual Property
