This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued in relation to services provided by DC EDUTRAVEL. By engaging our services, students and sponsors acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

DC EDUTRAVEL provides consultancy, advisory, and application support services only.
We do not issue or process refunds for:

Visa application outcomes

University admission decisions

Third-party service outcomes

All refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant third-party provider, including universities, immigration authorities, airlines, and insurance providers.

2. Visa Application Fees (NON-REFUNDABLE)

All visa application fees paid to immigration authorities are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of whether a visa is approved, refused, withdrawn, or delayed.

Visa fees are governed solely by the official immigration authority of the destination country.

Students and sponsors are strongly advised to refer to the official immigration websites for the most current visa fee and refund information before lodging an application.

DC EDUTRAVEL bears no responsibility or liability for visa fee refunds.

3. Tuition Fees (Paid Directly to Institutions)

DC EDUTRAVEL does NOT collect, receive, or hold tuition fees on behalf of any institution.

Students are strongly advised and expected to pay all tuition fees directly to the educational institution that has issued the official offer letter.

Students must NOT make tuition payments to:

Any third party

Any agent

Any DC EDUTRAVEL staff member

This policy is in place to ensure that:

Any eligible refund requests can be handled directly between the student and the institution

The student maintains full control and transparency over their funds

Students and sponsors must carefully review and accept the institution’s refund terms and conditions prior to making any payment.

DC EDUTRAVEL:

Does not issue tuition refunds

Is not responsible for institutional refund decisions or timelines

May only communicate with partner institutions to follow up if requested, without any obligation to guarantee or expedite refunds

4. Consultancy & Service Fees

Consultancy or service fees paid to DC EDUTRAVEL (if applicable) are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Refunds, if any, are only applicable where explicitly stated in a written service agreement.

Dissatisfaction with outcomes such as admission rejection or visa refusal does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Health Insurance

Students are strongly advised to purchase health insurance directly from the institution’s approved or preferred insurance provider.

Health insurance refunds are subject solely to the insurance provider’s refund policy.

Students must read and understand all insurance terms, exclusions, and refund conditions prior to purchase.

DC EDUTRAVEL does not process, guarantee, or influence insurance refunds.

6. Flight Tickets & Travel Services

Flight tickets and travel services are subject to the airline’s refund, cancellation, and change policies.

Students and sponsors must contact the airline directly for any refund or claim.

DC EDUTRAVEL does not provide refund assistance for flight tickets.

We may communicate with partner institutions if required; however, we hold no responsibility to influence, speed up, or guarantee airline refunds.

7. Third-Party Services

Refunds related to third-party services, including but not limited to:

English language tests

Medical examinations

Courier services

Biometrics appointments

are governed strictly by the respective service provider’s policies.

DC EDUTRAVEL bears no liability for third-party refund decisions.

8. Application Withdrawal or Termination

If an application is withdrawn or terminated due to:

Submission of false or misleading information

Use of fraudulent or altered documents

Failure to meet deadlines or requirements

All fees paid to third parties may be fully forfeited, and DC EDUTRAVEL will not be liable for any financial loss.

9. No Obligation to Recover Funds

DC EDUTRAVEL has no obligation to recover, dispute, or chase refunds on behalf of students or sponsors.
Any assistance provided is discretionary only and does not create any responsibility or liability.

10. Final Acknowledgement

By engaging DC EDUTRAVEL’s services, students and sponsors:

Acknowledge that refunds are not guaranteed

Accept full responsibility for understanding third-party refund policies

Agree that DC EDUTRAVEL shall not be held liable for financial losses arising from third-party decisions
